This board is strictly to communicate with a certain clan!
Read this carefully or your thread will be deleted!
What does go here---
--A message from one clan to another
--Clan Leaders meeting for a discussion
--A message to the leader or elders of a certain clan
--Requests to the leader of elders of a certain clan
--A clan member messaging their own clan leader
What does NOT go here---
--A message looking for 'any clan' to answer
--Clan leaders meeting for more than a discussion (that goes in a roleplay board)
--Looking for any clan to adopt a Murrah, or offer a mate (that goes in the Wanted ads board)
--A message to a lesser member of a clan. It must be addressed to an elder, and the elder can choose to deliver it if he so chooses
--Lower-ranking clan members messaging each other within their own clan
RULES--- --The subject of your thread must be clear and uncluttered. Think of it like addressing an envelope
--The first word of your subject *must* be the name of the clan it's for, contained in some sort of bracket. Any of the brackets are fine.
--The rest of the subject should describe the purpose or nature of your thread, or who it's from.
--The message can be in character, out-of-character (OOC), or a hybrid of the two. As long as it's taking the form of a message or messanger, and it follows the do's-and-don'ts above, then it's fine.
--Once the message has been replied to, or the discussion is over, please let the thread die. Don't continue to roleplay, or reuse the thread for another message.
*Clans receiving the message:
---Please reply to it! It's the only way they can know that you picked it up. Even if you simply type "received."
---Don't send a message back, using that thread. Post a new message, addresses to the other clan.
---The only exception to the previous rule is if there is a meeting between clan leaders. The discussion can carry out there, as long as it completed or moved to a roleplaying board once the point of it finishes.
